Zowel het noordelijke als het zuidelijke deel van Jutland wordt omgeven door de zee. Vanaf de grens gezien ligt de Noordzee links en de Oostzee aan de rechterkant. Aan beide kanten zijn er volop stranden te vinden voor een flinke wandeling of watersporten. Toe aan ontspanning? Neem dan een kleedje en picknickmand mee. Geniet tijdens de picknick van het rustgevende uitzicht. Ga je naar het strand in Rømø? Dan zijn vooral in het weekend spectaculaire vliegerwedstrijden te zien.Billund met het bekende Legoland

Maar er is meer in Zuid-Jutland! Wat te denken van Vejle met zijn prachtige brug langs het Fjord of Arhus met de drie in één kerk. Maar ook het openluchtmuseum in Gammelby en de oudste Domkerk in Ribe is een aanrader. En vergeet Silkeborg aan de rand van het grote merengebied niet! Op het meer vaart vanuit Silkeborg een Radarboot, die ook de Himmelbjerg aandoet.
