The idyllic Ossiacher See is embedded between the Gerlitzen Alps and the Ossiacher Tauern mountains in the heart of Carinthia. For camping guests See-Camping Mentl has a flat sandy beach that slopes down very gradually and is ideal for (small) children and then for the sunbathing elderly, a beautiful flat lawn. In addition, there are 4 shaded or sunny terraces. The campsite has a new restaurant and a modern sanitary building. In the vicinity of the campsite is mountainous of which the Gerlitzen is the best known. In the nearby nature reserve you can make beautiful walking and cycling tours. For the more adventurous camping guest there is a cabin on the flanks of the Gerlitzen to about 2 / 3rd and even higher it is possible with a chairlift.
