On the south side of the Mozart city of Salzburg, Camping Schloss Aigen is located in the park of the Schloss Aigen. One of the most beautiful places in Salzburg and just outside the built-up area.
The camping:
Camping Schloss Aigen is a simple campsite with all the necessary facilities. The restaurant at Camping Schloss Aigen is one of the "well-to-do" and unexpectedly there is a shortage of the bare necessities, no problem, they are often available.
Next to Camping Schloss Aigen is also the "landing plateau" of the kites who come down from a peak of the Gais Mountains behind them, with their para-fencing or hang-gliding.
Salzburg:
Camping Schloss Aigen is located outside the hustle and bustle of the city in a completely green environment, yet close to the center. A bus leaves for the center every 10 minutes. The bus stop is about a 10-minute walk from the campsite. The center is also easily accessible by bicycle.
