Camping Seespitze is located along the beautiful Plansee, one of the most beautiful mountain lakes in Tyrol. This is a relatively small site with modern shower and toilet facilities, with a good atmosphere.

There are many possibilities for excursions from the campsite. For those who want to swim, there are many small "beaches" along the way of the Plansee from where you can refresh yourself in the (sometimes cold) water of the Plansee.

Camping at Camping Seespitz
This is a view to remember! The terraced camping pitches allow you to enjoy the view of the Plansee and the beautiful mountain landscape. A sunny camping pitch or a shady one, the decision is entirely yours.

Hiker's huts and sauna at the campsite
At camping Seespitz there are cozy huts (approx. 16 m²) for a maximum of 4 adults.

Griesser's Seespitz kiosk
This kiosk at the campsite provides you with fresh bread, milk, butter, drinks, pizza, goulash soup, snacks, cakes, coffee, ice cream and much more every day. Enjoy the day on the sun terrace.

The free sunbathing lawn is within walking distance right next to the campsite. The playground is the meeting place for all camping kids. Camping Seespitz is the starting point for activities by the water or in the mountains .

Activities and Adventures
Hiking, canyoning, rafting or mountain biking; outdoor enthusiasts can really let off steam around the lake. By the way: The landing stage for the Plansee Schifffahrt boats is located directly at the campsite.

Diving in the Plansee
At the Plansee, the magical underwater world of a clear mountain lake awaits you. Summer and winter, once you dive down it offers you a very special experience and when you come up again a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains.

Whether you come alone with your buddy or with a larger group, in the dive camp you can find everything an enthusiastic diver could wish for. You will receive all-round support from the professional advisors, from filling cylinders to taking care of the equipment.

Diving & Accommodation
The cabins and tree house at camping Sennalpe are specially adapted to the needs of divers and can be booked all year round.

Holiday homes on the Plansee

Restaurant Musteralpe on the Plansee
Part of a holiday at Plansee should simply be an experience. At the end of the lake is the popular Musteralpe. Here the emphasis is on the traditional, the working farm with its animals in its age-old tradition and the untouched nature make every visit an experience....

In Restaurant Musteralpe, classic Tyrolean dishes are served. On the menu you will find simple dishes from the home-cooked kitchen, hearty delicacies and fresh fish from the mountain lakes.

They also make their own cheese and butter on the Musteralpe and are happy to show you the process. At the cheese factory, you can take a look behind the scenes of cheese production and also take some of the farm's products home with you.

1000 and one OPTIONS
How about a walk to start with? Or an extensive mountain bike tour? Relax with the family on one of the sunbathing areas. Take an excursion to the Highline 179, one of the longest pedestrian suspension bridges in Europe, visit the castle of Burg Ehrenberg or some excursions to the royal castles in the neighboring Allgäu region.

The range of experiences around the Plansee is too wide for a single holiday. With its location at 1000 m above sea level, it is the ideal starting point for many activities, adventures and sights in Tyrol and the neighboring Allgäu region.
