Bay View Park
Familiecamping met een kiezelstrand aan de zuidkust van East Sussex, niet ver van Pevensey Castle, een Romeins fort en de krijtrots bij Beachy Head.
Bay View Park is on the south coast of East Sussex and has its own entrance to the adjacent pebble beach. The campsite is divided into two parts separated by the private road to the campsite. There is a toilet block on both fields. The store at the reception is well sorted. There is a nice playground for children under 10 years. Next to the campsite is a 9-hole golf course where the campers can play golf with a reduction. When purchasing a cup of coffee in the clubhouse of the golf course you can make free use of WI-FI. Within walking distance of this campsite is the Souvereign Harbor Marina with its cosmopolitan mix of shops and restaurants. In the vicinity of the campsite you will find Pevensey Castle, one of England's oldest and most imposing Roman fortifications located next to the town of Pevensey. 4 miles from this campsite you will find the city of Eastbourne where you can stroll on the Victorian promenades along the beautiful beaches. The further east cities of Bexhil and Hastings are certainly worth a visit. Just past Eastbourne is Beachy Head, England's tallest chalk rock. Here you can also find a visitor center about the animal life and the history of the area.
