Camping La Chauderie is located near the beautiful village of 'La Tour-d'Auvergne', right in the middle of France. Camping La Chauderie is located in the Auvergne region and to be more precise in the Puy-de-Dôme department. Very many and very well signposted hiking trails, great facilities for mountain bikers and challenging tours for sporty cyclists are just a few of the activities in the immediate vicinity of our campsite. At our 'around the corner' the river Dordogne rises and only 15 minutes walk is a lake where you can swim (there is a lifeguard present) and / or relax. Family campsite La Chauderie is located on the river La Burande. You can build dams here and the water ensures cooling. Right next to the campsite is a spectacular waterfall of about 6 meters high. Do you fancy a day of 'nothing', then you can work on a sunny brown color in the sunbathing area. A cool drink on the terrace and at the end of the day (with the children) a ball on the 10-hole mini golf course at our campsite.
