Camping Le Gallo Romain biedt u gastvrijheid in een prachtig en gevarieerd landschap.
Le Gallo Romain is owned by 2 Dutch couples. The campsite is located at the foot of the Vercors nature park (at the bottom of the Col de Tourniol) in the Drôme hills, near the picturesque village of Barbières. For nature lovers a beautiful area, where a very diverse flora and fauna occurs, with for example many species of orchids, but also many bird species and various mammals that we do not (anymore) find in our own country. In the vicinity there are two golf courses, and plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling. The latter, incidentally, for experienced riders! The campsite is equipped with very modern and well maintained sanitary facilities, a swimming pool complex that was renovated and extended in 2010 and what is particularly striking is that the camper is the focus of the entire season! Everything is organized for camping guests, both on and off the campsite. There are almost only Dutch campers, probably a matter of 'hear, say it', there are many (friends and acquaintances of) regularly returning guests. But it is ensured that you can get to know many aspects of this beautiful, unspoilt part of France from campsite Le Gallo Romain.
