Environment
There is much to do in the vicinity of Le Rotja. There are historical sights, you can go into the mountains, go rafting, canyoning, etc. TIP: take a nice trip with the yellow train, affectionately called canary. This train shuttles between Villefranche-de-Conflent (427 metres) and La Tour-de-Carol (1232 metres).
If there is sufficient interest, meals are served on the covered terrace.
Mont Canigou
The typical French village of Fuilla is located quietly and far away from traffic in the apple valley of the river Le Rotja at the foot of the imposing mountain Mt. canigou. Camping Le Rotja has a microclimate, a temperature that is wonderfully warm during the day and cools down at night. In Villefrance is a military settlement (fortification wall), Fort Liberia is located at the top of the mountain and Andorra is 100 kilometers away.
