Camping La Presqu'ile is located on a peninsula on the Lac de Vassivière. The camp site is located near the hamlet of Broussas, on the southeastern side of the water-popular lake that covers 1000 hectares and has 45 km of shores. In the lake there is an island that can be reached by boat, by footbridge and with a train. A cruise can be made on the lake. Near the campsite is a tree adventure park where young and old can 'climb' through the trees. The area is also very suitable for walking and cycling.
