The site is landscaped with lots of flowers, there is a brook running through the campsite, it has very nice places and is near the station of the cable car Aiquille du Midi (height 3673 m) and the charming tourist town Chamonix. An excellent winter sports area, but also hiking and mountain climbing are among the possibilities. View of the Mont Blanc massif is spectacular (like everywhere in the valley).
