Camping Neige & Nature, formerly a simple 'municipal', has been in private hands for a few years. The owners have provided the campsite with more comfort and service. La Ferrière d'Allevard is one of the most extensive municipalities in the Isère, and is located in an unspoiled natural area with 7 lakes, all of which can be viewed on a brisk walk. The area has a special flora and fauna. The campsite is located on a brook, where you can also fish.
