Camping Regental Aktiv is a small campsite in the valley of and on the river Regen. Over the river you look out over the town of Regen, built against the hills on the other side of the river with the same name. The town can be reached within five minutes on foot. On the other side of the campsite the wooded, steep mountainside. The campsite also calls itself "Small Canada". A cozy campsite with excellent sanitary facilities, in a comfortable building with underfloor heating and a cozy Gaststätte. The campsite also has a number of (rental) log cabins, each suitable for 4 people. Each log cabin a covered terrace with not only a seat but also a kitchen. As a result, you have extra space within. In the area you have plenty of walking and cycling opportunities. Because of the hilly terrain you should not find it unpleasant to encounter some hills sometimes. You can walk and cycle along the river. You can rent canoes and in the adjacent pool you can go for the half entrance price! At the campsite a pair of ponies that are also used by the owner-daughter to please children. The owner has a special hobby: he is a beekeeper. The surroundings of the Bavarian Forest lend itself to various trips.
