The campsite is open all year round. The 100-year-old tram takes you every half an hour from Bad Schandau (via the campsite) to Lichtenhain with the Lichtenhainer waterfall, through the Romantic "Kirchnitztal". Fortress Königstein (fortress) at 10km from the campsite. A few kilometers from the campsite is the spa center Bad Schandau, which can be reached by tram or bus. The campsite is located in the middle of the national park "Sächsische Schweiz" and has different levels.
