The municipal campsite of Serpa is a nice municipal site in a beautiful location with a lot of history. Serpa is located in the Alentejo, near the Spanish border. The 13th century city walls can be seen from afar. A monastery church from the 15th century, 2 city gates, a castle and beautiful remains of an aqueduct and a pumping station. Enough reasons to come to Serpa. The campground is friendly and is located in a quiet suburb near the swimming pool. The plumbing is good, the places fairly flat. There are no further facilities at the campsite.
