Boat of Garten Holiday Park is located at the beginning of the village from the A95. Mobile homes are located in the main part of the park; in the back there are 20 places for the tourist campers, most of which are paved with coarse gravel. Particularities. Strathspey Railway Museum at Boat of Garten. A journey with the Strathspey steam train over a 30 km long route from the authentic Highland Railway (info: www.strathspeyrailway.co.uk). The Loch Garten nature reserve to the east of Boat of Garten is known for its ospreys. But there are also grouse, red squirrels and deer. Walks have been set out in the reserve.
