Alpencamping is a new campsite that opened its doors in 2007 for guests. Everything is new and therefore modern. The campsite is just outside the town of Meiringen. Several passes are within 'easy reach' of the campsite: Brünig, Susten, Grimsel and Furta. That guarantees an impressive mountain walk. There are many hiking possibilities but because of its location in the valley there are also good cycling opportunities in the vicinity of the campsite.
